Bolle - Promotional Apparel Design - 2007 to 2010
In 2007 to design a few shirts for the Bolle Eyewear sales booth at the US Tennis Open in Flushing Meadows, NY. Because the existing company product offerings are limited to high end recreational eyewear it was necessary to bring in a contract shirt designer to produce the "collector's edition" shirts for yearly sale in the Bolle booth.
Because shirt sales of the final selected design were high in 2007, two different designs were printed in 2008 to cater to the male and female crowd. In 2009 the "collector's edition" single shirt approach was preferred to maximize the number of printed garments, minimizing printing costs to maximize sales profit. The approach was revisited a final time in 2010 with the final shirt of the collection rounded out by the four lucky tennis balls for effect.
